Outdoor playhouses

I just had a few questions about outdoor plastic playhouses. Do ppl normally take them apart during the winter or leave them up all year long. We are looking at purchasing the little tikes home and garden playhouse it has a great triangle shaped roof so snow would not sit on top of it. but just wondering how these things hold up in the cold winters we get thanks so much!
