2 bedroom homes

Well as i'm sure some of you know, we are new to the area and we are looking to buy. We were looking at 3 bedroom homes but to be honest most need a lot of work and are WAY over priced...but that's a topic that has been ringed to death on here so no need to get in to that, it is what it is.
My question is, do 2 bedrooms sell in Brandon or do they stick on the market longer? We are now thinking of condo's and letting our 2 kids share a room. We will most likely be posted before they would need to be separated so we aren't worried about that, just resale is what we are worried about.
