Kitten in Meadowlark

There is a very small kitten wondering around in Meadowlark. Himalayan markings. If you are missing yours please msg me. It is very scared and won't let anyone near it. Animal control has been called due to the fact no one can get near it without it panicking and I don't want it to starve to death or get run over.
