So my child is heading into grade one this fall. We haven't recieved a thing from the school as far as finding out who the teacher is or setting up a time to meet them etc.. Is that normal? My child didn't meet the grade one teacher at the end of the year and doesn't know who it would be. So as it sits right now I have no idea even where in the school the class room is? I'm really uncomfortable dropping my child off with some one I haven't ever met. Do they not do interviews anymore before school starts or have a day where you can meet the teacher before school starts? and if not how soon will there be people at the schools so that I can phone and set something up to meet the teacher?
