Free texting to other mobile phone companies?

Just wondering if anyone out there knows if MTS has some sorta plan that allows you free texting to other mobile phone companies (like MTS to Rogers, etc). The only "free texting" I can find is "MTS to other MTS mobility customers. Thanks for your help!
