Looking inside windows when walking by....

I hate that I can't leave my blinds open. Becsause, there's people looking inside each time. Why do they do this?
It bugs me that its also so heatscore to even chill outside without the whole line of traffic looking by.
The perfect innocent citizens of this city should examine themselves by the way they look into peoples apartments. Like c'mon. I hate it.
