My husband and I just purchased a puppy pug about little over a month ago..  
We have tried EVERYTHING it seems to get her to go out to the bathroom.. everything that is besides crate training which I am learning to do right now.. But our problem is she knows to go outside to go to the bathroom and now that I am home I take her out quite frequently.. but.. she still pee's and poops.. Its like she doesn't give us a sign that she has to go.. she just goes when she goes! I have a daughter that is going to be born next month and I can't constantly be picking up her pee and poops in the house when she is crawling around or what have you... does ANYONE know of any way that works when she can let us know she has to go outside? And about this crate training thing.. does anyone know any good tricks? And being a first time dog owner for both my husband and I.. Does anyone know why crate training is so highly recommended.. I just feel very upset when she whines in there, and I feel like a bad "parent!"
