Community Gardens,why oh why

do these wretched B---s vandalize these gardens??? Just got back from my garden on 15th st. and found the potato and carrot patch vandalized: like all pulled out and thrown around, the tomatoes in the neighboring garden were all pulled of and thrown on the ground.
Tell me you wretched souls, whats the thrill in doing that??
This is food! Is nothing sacred anymore??
