Yet Another Rejection From Mayor and Councillors

Was reading the paper and was not surprised to see that Brandon Mayor and Councillors have rejeted another Task Force. After the task force had a few months of meetings the task force reported to The City. How many people in this task force kind of wasted their time and our tax dollars. Why do we need all of these task forces, isn't that the job of the councillors?
