Day/Evening care for shift workers?

Looking for a care provider starting July 2011, for a 1yr old. We are both full-time shift workers. I work days/evening so care will be needed until midnite at the latest. Would prefer a provider who is available on weekends but it would not be mandatory. I dont think we would like our child staying overnight anywhere,... and we may also be willing to have a care-giver come into our home if the wage is reasonable.
