Queens from 10th to 13th blocked off (this morning)

Just a heads up that emergency personnel have had Queens Ave from 10th to 13th street blocked off for about the past 45 mins as they deal with some sort of situation in the area of the Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame. Main attention appears to be coming from the fire dept, but many fire trucks, ambulance, police in the area. No visible smoke or anything and they still appear to be letting staff enter the general area, but an area worth avoiding for the next little bit (access to Neelin HS looks to be fine). If anyone hears anything further on what's going on, please feel free to post
