Dumping snow on the street

So this morning, i wake up to find my neighbour has shovled his driveway and dumped it all on the street, making about a 5' mountain in front of my house. I was thinking, seeing as this is also used as a parking spot for our 2nd car, that i should shovel my "driveway" and dump it all back in his driveway. Any thoughts??
