I would like hear people's opinions about local weight loss clinics, in particular "U" and Herbal Magic. I would like to find out what to expect in regards to service, expertise and especially costs. Do they charge by pounds, time or use of their products?  
Do they have the proper credentials to give you advice?  
Do they recommend that you see your doctor before starting your program?  
I did find some discussions on other sites, with people either praising "U" or complaining about it.
