Here's the latest on the situation for those of you eBrandoners who were wanting to know the outcome of Dan's Sum 41 audition.  
 
After all the aspiring guitarists were auditioned (and there were maybe 6 including Dan) Sum 41's manager called him...and unfortunately he never got the gig. They wound up chosing a friend of their's from another band.  
 
Their manager told Dan that he heard a recording of his audition and in his opinion he nailed it...and the guys really liked him... but they've known this other guy forever. Kinda sucks but what a cool experience that must have been for Dan!  
 
Hold your head up high Dan. What's meant to be usually happens and with your talent I'm sure there'll be other opportunities to your liking down the road of life.
