Timmies has applied for a variance to their proposed property on Victoria and Mcdiarmid drive. I have not seen the results to date. Comparing this vacant lot size with the two existing outlets, other than the Hospital, I cannot see where there will be enough parking for the restaurant area let alone for the drive through. Does any body know where the 20-car line up will be located? Will it be on Victoria Avenue or McDiarmid Drive? Are there any plans for traffic lights? I cannot see how this will work, how about you?
