Brandon, poor roads and garbage - disarray

I am a lifelong Brandonite.
I am always proud of our City and a lifelong Brandon booster. I have been through many "dirty" spring seasons here, so I am aware of the way it usually is.
But I have really, really noticed the poor state of roads in the City and a what seems like increased garbage floating around. It just seems worse than usual to me, although maybe I am out to lunch here.
I know the roads have not been cleaned totally yet, but it's upsetting to me to see such a big change in our City.
