Dirtiest places in Brandon

I went by the corral center today and noticed just how many shopping bags and other related articles were lying in that field across from it.
Do we have committees to clean up areas like that? Cause it's a shame to walk by the field and see so much trash and to consider how many people use that path everyday and have to see all that.
Where else in Brandon do we have garbage issues?
