ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON
On April 22, 2009 about 8:20 pm police received a report of a possible stabbing at Mr. Bee’s, 156 9 St. The victim had been in the bar when he had a altercation with the male suspect. The suspect left and a short while later the victim was leaving the bar. In the lobby the victim was attacked by the suspect and stabbed several times. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim, 27 yrs old male from northern Manitoba was taken to BRHC where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released. The suspect is described as native, 5'10, avg build, hair ear-length, wearing dark ballcap backwards, grey hoodie or sweatshirt.
This is NOT adding value to the downtown.
