l hear Doer and the gang still ranting about the acc/mental hospital move.l'm still not sure why everyone things this is such a big deal.what are they going to gain by moving the whole joint up to the hill ? we went for a tour one day and the main biulding (mental)looks to be a bunch of 9x9 rooms.sure it is a nice site.but there has to be more to it that trees and grass to make it a good move.why not just exspand there as they need it.scott smith was totaly againest at first,why the sudden change ? Do they have any idea on the cost and what would they put in the old location ? l'm sure the people that work there would know if it is a good plan or not.l know a engineer at acc and he thinks it is a waste of money,.but he may be wrong..
