Late Night Resturants

Hey guys,
I don`t know if any of you guys have found this, but it almost seems that Brandon as large of city as its become, now shuts down after midnight.
Me and a friend work fairly late hours, and are always frustrated when every place we go to is either closed or about to be closed.
Were talking about usually between 1:00am and 4:00 am, and besides the coffee shops and Macdonald's, although I have seen Macdonald's closed at 4:00 from time to time.
I remember a day when both Humpties were open 24/7, and although I can some what understand why the highway one is now closed at night the Richmond one?, with bar rushes?.
Like I say I know Tim Hortons, Macdonald's, and the hill subway is open, but it would be nice quiet place to go to, at 4:00 in the morning and served, like either a Boston, or Humpties.
I accept that I don`t know all of details of running a business much less at those hours, and if a business is loosing money, I understand, but if thats the case, youre telling me that as big of a city as we are, we don`t have 1 sit down restaurant open past 2 or 3 in the morning, for either the bar rush or those working late night shifts, university students going for coffee and/or breakfast ect.
Another thing, which I recently heard was something about a bylaw that prevents business opening up past midnight, weather that being in place already or just being talked about, does anyone know anything about this?.
Anyways sorry for the rant, it was just a little bit of frustration that I had to get off of my chest.
I am curious what your guys thoughts are on this.
Thanks,
J2K
