Water tower.

I heard that there is talk about tearing down the water tower in the east end, at an enormous cost.
Well, why don’t they use it for the city, to load up there water tank trucks?
With all the extra planting going on lately the City actually needs about three more water trucks.
The extra water in the tower would help, for now.
They could keep it filled for emergency water.
Also don’t the fire department use it for repelling practice?
