violent teens

l read the paper today about the teens that had beat that lady a while back,what is wrong with some of the teens these days,good god !!a while ago a girl we know recieved a heck of a beating at VM school from three teen age girls,,right in the front lobby!! bruised her up bad and knocked out some of her teeth !! appearently the three girls belonged to the ip gang and they were sent home (up north)leaving the family to pay for all the dental bills.at least the judge with the case in the paper has orderd the teen pay the damages.l just wonder how these teens get to be so violent and mean ?
