sprinkler park?

Im not sure of the exact location but I was wondering if anybody knows when the park downtown turns on their sprinklers for the kids? When are they up and running. Ive never been there but we drove by a few times. It looks really cool. I just wasnt sure of the operating hours. Sorry i dont know the name of the park. they just built it a few years ago
