I run the wash n wrench on rosser ave and we do custom detailing for car/trucks/minivan. last week i had a truck to detail that when it come in it smelled like a sewer, this can only happen if a car was left wet, not dried and then sealed and left for days in heat or then just left for a long time. within 30 mins of the car being here i noticed the hook for releasing the hood was loose and not working straight away i called the owner and reported this, when the car was picked up yes there was a small part of the truck not vacumed but i give the customer back $50 which was more then enough discount for the work missed. she complained about the seats not being done and i explained that the seats were made from type of material which meant removing them is almost impossible, there was an orange colour on the carpets which after talking to my contacts at Auto Magic found out it was Mold that had grown (google carpet mold and it will show u what it looked like)with mold in the car she was puting her self at risk and anyone in the car at risk plus she put us at risk, all this time the customer asked for her money back, for a week i didnt hear from the customer, finially today she called, totally unwilling to listen blaming me for the hook that was loose dispit me tellin her it was, she said that the Professionals at the garage couldnt have broken it it had to be us, she also informed me that she sold her bio-hazard truck. what got to me the most and why im writing is her childish behavior and her threating me, everytime i wanted to talk she keeped repeating "am i getting my money back" over and over again without even listening to me then she treated me with "Brandon is a small town and I'm going to tell everyone" and she kepted telling me "what about customer service" I am tried of customers using this phase to treaten small businesses because they think they can, I tried to be reasonable with her all she wanted was her way or no way,she called me said her part and hung up before i could say mine, i called her back asked her calmly to listen to me and she refused, im glad she has the BBB to go to, but where do I go? where will my voice be heard?, every business has its ups and downs but i refuse to be treaten, another thing she forgets is that I call Brandon my Home too, to her I might be an outsider and she can have her witch hunt if she wants, all i have to say is that its about time small businesses stoped being treated as cash machines threating us with "Im going to the BBB" or "Brandon is a small city" how dare anyone tell us that we are not honest yet everyone else is. I am tired of people thinking they can walk all over me. Im so disapointed.
