Okay, this is really bugging me and I have no one to complain to so here it goes. This guy that lives above me is constantly stomping around. He probably only gets about 2 hours of sleep a day. So when it's between 2am and 8am, if he is making lots of noise, i bang on the roof. Not even hard, he acts like he can't hear it.
The one night at 2:30 i got really sick of it and went over to the caretakers. We went upstairs and it turns out he was exercising. This is just within the last week, before this I have complained multiple times. Also his kid runs the halls at all hours and one night pulled the fire alarm. Everyone in the building is sick of it and nothing is happening. So about 2 nights ago at 5am he started banging around.
I stood up in bed and banged the roof. The next day my caretaker comes over and tells me if i do that again that I would be evicted!! Then she tells me that I can't bang on the roof because the wiring will "get messed up". If thats the fact the building should be condemned!! The minute I closed the door he started banging around again. I opened the door and told her. She said "Its only 4 in the afternoon". Yet if I have my computer speakers on (even just enough to barely hear into the hall) She is knocking on my door.
I tried contacting the building owner but he will not answer. I guess I'll have to deal until I can afford a house
