A friend of mine was applying to join COPP, and he was told by the guy in charge, that the police had lost his application (notice I did not mention which police force), for the police background check.
Is this something to be concerned about?
What if it were papers to arrest an axe murder?
Were did that paper end up?
And if it was found later why was the person applying not informed??
