Scary stuff for young girls

I was visiting with some people recently and I heard some disturbing stuff happening in Brandon and wondered if anyone else has heard about this. Apparently to become a member of one of the new gangs that are trying to form here a member must rape and disfigure a young white girl and according to this person who works within agencies that would have access to such info there have been 3 attempts in Brandon recently. Anyone heard anything about this? It makes you want to lock your daughters in your house and not let them out.
