Seeing as halloween is done now, and the xmas season is quick approaching, and a few city counsellers do read this site, I have a question about the Train of Lights.  
 
Our family goes down every year, its enjoyable and for a good cause. But, the last couple years have gotten just a bit out of hand. Traffic last year was so backed up, forward backward and sideways, that cars were not able to move at all.  
 
Is there not a way the city can put up road blocks to at least somewhat prevent it? Its not for a long duration of time, but its enough to cause total chaos. With so many little ones running around, it might be an idea, I was just wondering if its feasable?
