in the back lane by George Fitton school the garbage blows from the school yard what the kids throw on the ground and blows across the school yard into my yard.I pick up and if the odd person walking down the backlane throws their garbage in the dumpsters to help keep the city clean how can they do that now with these private dumpsters in our yards.If I take the dumpsters out the one night for the next day garbage pickup I hope it doesnot get spray painted by vandals that night.Now back to the school how come they don't make the kids have a monthly garbage pickup across the school yard for a longer recess I did it when I went to my schoolcause that George Fitton and Harrison middle school grounds are sure littered with garbage
