I work in the down town area and see alot of people asking for money. I know some live under the 8th st bridge in the summer, but I have been told that all of them have rooms to live if they wish. I would asume that they move inside at this time of year? Are they people unemployable and live on what the gov give them and the hand out that they get from begging on the streets. You see some outside of the banks down town asking for money. Is this money put to good use, for food or a clean place to live?
