What is the situation like in Brandon right now for either renting a house or suite...is it less affordable and more challenging or getting better?
The reason I ask is because I have a friend whom is looking for a moderate two bedroom apartment suite for the first of December and has one little one yet hasn't secured anything to date. Are there a lot of waiting lists?
