Best looking buildings in Brandon

On my lunch hour drive I passed by what I think is an impressive looking Farm Credit Canada building that's currently under construction. It got me to thinking... what do people consider the most impressive buildings visually in Brandon?
For me, for commercial buildings I've always been partial to the exterior look of Meyers Norris Penny's with the look of the green grass at all.
As far as interiors, I've found Guild Insurance's renovations to be really high end. The exterior is quite nice as well.
As far as homes, my eye always seems to be drawn to the one residence on the North Hill on the West side of 18th street that overlooks the city. There are a number of nice ones in that area, but this particular one really stands out for all of its windows and square look..
