A Christmas Gift for Brandon

As Brandon's 125th year draws to a close what would YOU give the city for a Christmas gift ?
Price is not an issue as it's an important milestone so you can afford to splurge a bit this year.
Brandon is growing and has another 125 years to look forward to so what would you put under the tree: Something to use now ? Something that she will get years of enjoyment out of ? Something fun ? Something practical ?
I've already been told she does not want socks or a large fruitcake !
