Visiting 21 Y/O with ultra fine hair...recommendations for a fine hair stylist?

Hi all. My daughter is attending University in another City and is a little broke - she's here visiting in Brandon until January 4th or 5th. She needs a change and wishes to have a stylist specializing in fine hair and who will also relate to what she wants at her age of 21. We are willing to foot the bill for her and offered it to her.
Never mind great stylists...I know so many great stylists in this town! But ones that specialize in ulta-fine hair and a special cut for a young person? Can anyone help?
What she really needs is a stylist who is in the same boat as she with ultra-fine hair (naturally dark to boot) that can help her make it volimuous and full looking...she has even considered a body wave to bring it out of it's limp and lifeless stage, but a certain stylist told her it may not be a good idea.
HELP!
