Speeders in Brandon

Any thoughts on speeders in the Wheat City? I know when I am in Winnipeg and come back to Brandon, everything seems so slow. And here the Police do a good job on keeping an eye on speeders - in Winnipeg they rely more on their camera system to issue tickets, would Brandon benefit from such a system or is it even necessary here?
