Casino Plebiscite: Brandon votes 57.2% No, 42.8% yes

The results for all wards are now in and the results are:
Yes: 4715 votes (42.8%)
No: 6307 votes (57.2%)
Based on 27000 eligible voters, that gives a 40.8% voter turnout.
Things were fairly consistent across the city, with No having a decent majority in all ten wards.
