Variation Order Search

Hello ebrandon'ers!
I am looking to find a child support termination order online so that I can end the current child support being paid by me. I have used the Gov of MB Website but I can't seem to find it and google appears to be less than helpful as well.
What I am looking for is the name of the form (For example 70D or what it is called in this situation) but a fill in the blank template would be even better.
Please do not suggest contacting my lawyer, I have done that.
I am not doing this to neglect my "parental responsibilities" I am doing this because the child in question is in fact not mine so please no stupid comments.
Any help would be appreciated.
