As the title would indicate I'm trying to find a usable boat launch to get some time on the Assiniboine this summer. In past years I'd used the Discovery Center launch off Kirkcaldy but neglect has left it in a pretty sad state and quite unsafe to use. I know a usable launch exists at Dinsdale Park but I've yet to meet anyone who can give me answers about access (its gated and padlocked most of the time). I've heard rumors its run by a local club and I'll add I'm not against becoming a paying member to access it. Any information would be appreciated...

Due to years of flooding and high water none of the boat launches are particularly usable. theres one on the north end of 26th street that is completely silted in. one at the generating station that is just for the use of the generating station. There used to be one in Cornwallis park but I havent seen it in 20 years
