coupons

I am a "couponer". It's my hobby so I don't keep track of the time spent, but it's not that much. I never buy something I don't need just to use a coupon and I wait til something is a great deal and stock up.
Like a pp said, coupons are everywhere. There's also apps like checkout 51 and coupgon that make it even easier to save. Coupgon can be used at coop and giant tiger and often has savings on fruit and meat. There's always coupons for cheese and yogurt and recently a coupon for milk. I get the most bang for my buck by combining coupons with pc points, air miles or shoppers optimum offers. Shoppers drug mart is one of my favourite places to shop for pantry/snack food and cleaning products because the optimum points add up so quickly and can be fredeemed like cash for free stuff. Free milk, free diapers, can't complain!
