Smoking in cars...

I heard that in one of the provinces (i cant remember which one the news said) that they are going to start a bylaw where you cannot smoke in cars with children...what is everyone else thoughts on this? i think they are going to far. i no longer smoke and dont plan on starting again. maybe i am bias...my mom has smoked for a long long time and always around me.
