    I was wondering that too. Always thought that was supposed to be green space, but they cleared all the trees out and everything !! There used to be a half dozen deer that lived there.

    Don't think they need to move around so much dirt and rip out all those trees, and make hills and valleys to work on sewer lines..

    Didn't you hear, they are building a Costco... I'm kidding. What there actually doing is updating the sewer/land drainage system long Kirkcaldy, building a new lift station to service the area north of the river and then in front of the riverbank discovery center a retention pond is being built. All this work is to deal with future floods.
