First, I am actively involved with The Anglican. Church.
For many years. Parish treasurer, Vestry, warden, etc.
Your term "superiors" point out that you don't have a clear understanding of how episcopal structure works.
Your minister you speak of has ONE SUPERIOR, the Bishop of Brandon.
I know for a fact that No Such Orders were given by the Bishop to any clergy in this Diocese. Because if it was true, it would be pointless because the National church wouldn't recognize it. Why would the Bishop decree something that wouldn't be officially acknowledged? He wouldn't.
You are the victim of rumor and or twisted facts. Every month the Anglican Journal online updates the issue before the next Synod. Therein lies the truth of the matter. Hearsay is not fact and you have confused the two.
