Where abouts do you live ? We are by RC Junction on #10 and ours as been really slow and keeps losing signal.

They've switched us several times--think we are getting a signal off the tower right at Netset in Brandon.

Ours is so slow we error out getting into anything. Been that way for about two weeks now every night after supper till bedtime. Called in and they claim it is due to high volume usage. In other wards they have oversold the tower capacities. They also reminded me that even though I am paying for speeds of 7 providing me with speeds of 1.5 for the evenings is acceptable.

I really hope they don't believe this. That is totally unacceptable.  
 
I've been having issues too for quite some time, and their only solution is to reboot the router.

Everyone switch over their email stuff? I am not looking forward to this new email change. I guess I will find out if I did it all right

yep, not so smooth and has created other problems since it used to be gmail based and is not anymore. Has affected anything gmail linked. Also now if you log into your account incorrectly, you are frozen out and only an admin can let you back in. My contract is up within a few months so I will be looking for viable alternatives.

my computer is horribly slow lately ,takes minutes to open web pages - very slow, i phoned and they tell me its my computer and to reboot router, this does not work, ever since i signed up to have the e-mail changed over it has gotten worse. i think its time to look else where as we are getting ripped off and not recieving what we pay for. the least they could do is give us a break in our bills.

We've been having intermittent problems too, since Thursday night I think. It will lose connection to the tower for a while. Been happening about every day. We are on the Miniota tower.

Its really slow since we changed emails over too. Their solution is rebooting it that doesn't help. We cant find another internet out here or we would change in a heartbeat.

I've had the same issues everyone here is having. I wish there was another provider available to be honest. I can't tell you how many times I've called in because my service has been terrible (slow speeds, not being able to use more than one device at a time.. ETC!), or just not calling in at all because I don't have an hour to waste on the phone. There is no other provider in my area so I am stuck paying $100+ a month to a company who promises to provide excellent service and I've yet to see it. My fav excuse of theirs is "well there's a lot of people using Netset at this hour which is why your service is so slow."  
Had I known my service would have been compromised because this company can't handle the customers they sign up...

Have you looked into RFNow out of Virden? Might be an alternative. I think we are just on the edge of their coverage area but I think I'll get them out to do a site survey.
