Land for Sale?

Hello All,
I've noticed a few real estate discussions on this board so I thought this may be a good place for some info.
I was looking into buying some land (up to quarter section) within 20 minutes of Brandon and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? The MLS is pretty thin right now.
Also if I were to buy land SE of Brandon on the river, is there any problems or concerns about water quality being downstream for Simplot/Maple Leaf etc.?
