They built the sunrise credit union. Just not sure what they are building beside it? They added a subway sign. Does anyone know? I thought it was condos.

I understood it was to have a few businesses in it including a medical clinic and possibly a pharmacy. I could be wrong.

The Westman Clinic on 6th St is moving in there. I believe a pharmacy as well. I also heard a rumor that a chocolate shop is opening in there too. Housing for the university is going to be built on the north end of the school ground.

There's still an upper level that still needs to have tenants confirmed.
From a good source I understand that there may have been some type of chocolate shop in the works but that that is no longer the case.

Coming together. Noticed the "open" sign lit up at Subway yesterday and a "coming soon" Pharmasave sign ready to go up.

It's on the corner of 25th and Victoria. Huge new building with a Subway and Pharmasave. Easy to spot coming either direction on Victoria.
