Many years ago, when I worked for Tim Hortons, I found that Tim Hortons in separate locations were allowed to charge differently for their coffees. Locations in larger cities or on college . university campuses were allowed to charge.
That might be the case here, where Brandon is now considered a higher traffic location. Its an interesting thing to see though. Definitely as the cost of living goes up, we will find things like our Timmies on the rise as well.
