you were at the scene exactly when it happened it's hard to blame the father without knowing exactly what happened. I feel for the father. There's lots on Facebook who feel the father should be charged without knowing the full story. They are just reacting to the headline without reading the rest.
You also don't want to just throw a big rock through the window because you then risk flying glass injuring the toddler. And not everyone has a big hammer on their person all the time.
