Sounds right. Manitoba permits dictates which roads you will be taking when pulling a transport permit. It was done at 5am with the least amount of traffic going on. Since it was over 15' wide it would have needed to be escorted. Was there miles of traffic backed up? Would it have been better to do it at 8am?
This reminds me of yesterday at Sobeys at 5:30. The guy behind me was bitching that there was only two tills open. I looked around....yes two tills plus 3 express tills which we were standing at. I think it was less than 2 minutes he was at a till. Amazes me how impatient some people can get.
