Try thrift shops. Mcc has several photo frames in boxes

about that size to be exact but Dollarama and Dollar tree carry picture frames.

Michaels has very good deals on frames. In fact, I think they have lots in that size on sale this week. I need an odd size so I was in there looking on the weekend - I know they had quite a few in that range.

If you watch the sales and pay attention you should be able to find something.

my husband just bought 4 frames at walmart for 24x36 the other day, they were $34 something I believe.
