Does anyone know how this turned out?  
 
Tonight a car was driving wrong way on the eat bound lame of Richmond. He tried to turn into the merge lane at the corner of Humptys.  
 
The got around the first car coming off 18th but then was faced with a semi. He was determined and showed no sign of wanting to turn around, just figuring out how he was going to get through. I was of course honking trying to get him to turn around.  
 
His wife was holding her hands up to block out semi lights but didn't seem really freaked out or trying to stop him.  
 
That's all i saw before my light turned green. Does anyone know more? I would say he was only in seventies, not so elderly as to be taken off the road. Maybe it was a medical issue. Just so odd!
